The first photo is taken with makeup and different lighting and the second photo is months later with no makeup and different lighting. The biggest difference are the fine lines and texture.

The wand is easy to use. It comes with a helpful user manual. The company is also responsive and helpful. I use the wand along with aloe vera and a Gua sha stone.
