We are proud to offer free Canada wide and free USA shipping. We are unable to ship to PO boxes.

PROCESSING TIME

All Beautronics orders are subject to a processing time that is separate from the time it takes once a shipment has left the fulfillment centre. Depending on a number of factors, our standard processing time is between 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and Holidays.)

SHIPPING TIMES

Our devices are shipped out of our Toronto location based in Canada. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Times are dependent on the date that it is shipped out to be delivered to your final destination.

CANADA: 2-5 business days

USA: 2-5 business days

UK: 7-13 business days

*We will be integrating another warehouse in the United States for faster shipping in the upcoming months.

To ensure that you receive your Beautronics package from the time frames we advertise, please ensure that your address is entered correctly, and includes all the required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, and apartment numbers is critical to ensure that we can offer timely delivery. Beautronics is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. 

DELIVERY CLAIMS

Beautronics does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. Please follow up with the carrier of your package for more information.

DUTY CHARGES

Beautronics is not responsible for duties, taxes, custom charges, or VAT charges dependent on your country. We do not issue refunds or credits for these charges. If you are unable to pay these fees you will not be refunded for your order.
