Customers see results from the first treatment, however noticeable results will be evident after 2 weeks. The device needs to be used continuously to see optimal results.

Our device is automatically timed. It will beep after every minute, and automatically shut off after 10 minutes. The device needs to be used three to five times a week for 10 minutes to see maximum results.

We highly recommend that the Beautronics Conducting Gel be used to conduct the current for the Under Eye Skincare Wand.

When using radio-frequency, the device needs to slide seamlessly over the skin to penetrate deep within the skin's layers. Our Conducting Gel has conductive properties that come from a concentration of polymers and ions that bypass the skins natural abilities to resist electric current.

You can use other Conducting Gels with the device, or with any conductive property serum. You can also use Aloe Vera Gel as a substitute.

You can clean the device with a damp cloth or a damp sanitizing wipe. Please be advised to not submerge the device in water.

The device has an intelligent touch feature, and only works when it comes into contact with the Conducting Gel and your skin, to save energy.

Please select the socket adapter for your country. We have provided you with a USB-C charger. The device fully charges at 3 hours. Please do not overcharge the device.

Do not use this device for any other purpose than described in this manual. Charge, use, and store the device at a temperature between 5 degrees C/40 degrees F and 35 degrees C/95 F.

There is a slight possibility of sensitivity to radio-frequency and/or red light therapy. Although rare, you may have redness or slight swelling after using radio-frequency within 24 hours. If these symptoms persist past 48 hours, please refrain from using the device and send us an email. You should not feel burning or stinging while using the device.

You may have some mild redness and swelling after treatment, depending on skin type. These side effects should go away within 24 hours. It's important to use the device as indicated. Risks associated with the Under Eye Skincare Wand are minimal.
