Refund policy
Return Policy
We guarantee results. If we are not a good fit with your skincare routine, we will refund you your money within 30 days. The return window starts the day of your delivery. Absolutely no returns will be accepted outside the return window.
The product MUST be in its original packaging, with all appropriate parts, chargers, etc. We cannot issue a refund if the product is returned to us incomplete. Returns are all subject to customer costs. All device returns will be subject to a restocking fee.

Please allow 3-5 business days after we have received your return for inspection of the products. Once the return is verified, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
All returns must be postmarked by the last day of your return window. There are no exceptions to this policy. Any return requests made after the return window is not eligible for a refund.
Defective Product Policy
Due to the unlikelihood that your product is defective or damaged, please contact us at support@beautronics.ca so we can take care of the issue immediately. Beautronics will only be held responsible for detective or damaged items that are reported within 10 days of receiving your order. We cannot accept returns that are damaged by a customer.
1 Year Warranty
Beautronics is pleased to offer a 1 year warranty on all devices after date of delivery. If the device becomes defective please email us at support@beautronics.ca so we can take care of the issue immediately. We cannot accept warranty claims against devices that were damaged or broken by the customer, such as accidental damage, misuse, connection to incorrect power sources, abuse, or unauthorized tampering.
